Baby Bro Doesn’t Like Watching Sister Get Beat in Wrestling, Takes Matters into Own Hands

Family is everything, and when you see someone beating up a family member, instincts kick in. Even at an early age, the bond between family is enough to fight over.

One little boy from Indiana knew this, and when he saw his sister in trouble, he knew he needed to help her. The only problem was, his sister wasn’t in any real trouble. Ruby, a young girl from Indiana, was participating in a wrestling match at an elementary school.

From the footage of the match, we see that her opponent grabbed her leg, and took her to the mat. Of course, these are typical wrestling moves, but Ruby’s 2-year-old brother didn’t know that. All he knew was his sister needed help.

From the corner of the screen, Ruby’s baby brother came flying in to help. He jumped on Ruby’s opponent, Ryan, and wrestled him to the ground and off of his sister.

The whole scene looked like a WWE match, where one wrestler comes to the aid of an ally. Of course, this kind of wrestling intervention was a whole lot funnier.

As soon as the little boy entered the match, everyone in attendance started laughing. The referee couldn’t help but chuckle either as he pulled the young hero off of 5-year-old Ryan.

Another man „presumably the boy’s father“ came in to swoop the little guy up in his arms and carry him back to the side. From there, the referee reset the combatants and continued the match.

Ryan’s dad, the one filming that match, can be heard saying, „That was the best thing I’ve ever seen. That was awesome.“

His wife, Tori „Allen“ Prendergast, uploaded the video to Facebook where it quickly went viral. In the caption, she wrote, „When the girl you’re wrestling has a tough little brother, don’t mess with his sister.“

Prendergast later told the Huffington Post: „I was working and missed the match, but when I got home he showed me the video and I knew we had to share it. It was so cute.“

The whole place was cracking up when it happened,” she said. “I only have boys, but if I had a daughter, I hope they would protect their sister like that.”
